im 16 99kg rn on 180cm i eat about 1.6k cals a day go to the gym 4 times a week and get 8-10k steps in every day i was 150kg about 6 months ago how much do you think will the high defecit affeact muscle gain and how much do you whink ill loose i eat between 120-130g of protein almost every day
 
Any deficit will effect muscle growth. If you eat enough protein and are working out you won't lose muscle, but under eating will hinder gains. With you're current weight and where you were I wouldn't be worrying about gaining or losing muscle but continue to focus on losing fat. Good on you for the 6 month progress.
