High fat diet gives crazy erections (test boost)

Probably water but still… I’ve been eating a diet 2 weeks in primarily consisting of red meats (like ribeyes and ground beef), patties, cheese, meat balls and russet potatoes. The high fat content from the red meats seems to be significantly boosting my testosterone levels I think, resulting in a constant surge in erections and an intense sex drive. HIGH FAT DIET = JERKING OFF SO MUCH , TEXTING MANY GIRLS IN TINDER FOR HOOKUPS also morning woods.

I do notice more acne though, could be my tretinoin break outs since I started like 4 weeks ago and applying every other day, it’s very subtle though just like 3 big pimples.

Real! Oskar faarkog was talking about this too. I wasn’t getting hard ons, barely had libido, started eating 90-100 ish grams of fat with a significant portion being saturated dairy fat and all of a sudden my dick started working again and I stopped being depressed. It’s a cheat code. When I eat less fat I feel “meh” the next day, more fat I feel excellent. Although i still eat carbs, fruits, everything else.
