I attribute my illness to this because it appeared during the period when I consumed them excessively. High IQ cell is expected.

The only times I have ever gotten sick in the past 3 years of my life is when I had short periods where I ate almost solely processed slop ( Week long periods of eating candy, missing out on meats & dairy, etc. )

They are really that bad.

They are mostly high carb/low protein which would make you skinny fat if you eat only it.

If you move enough, have active lifestyle - play football at yard it's not gotta hurt much.

can confirm, i had a bad fever and cold last week and decided to LDAR and not care about my diet during the weekend

i ended up eating candy and brownies and regular coke/other soft drinks and while it wasnt even that much it fucked up my illness badly. primarily bad consistent Headaches, Nausea, sugar spike in chest

i think hes talking about ultra processed food like skittles, from time to time it doesn’t hurt to eat doner/kebab or chocolate/glazed bakery stuff

You don't have to be a quantum physicist to know that GMO's and chemical slops that humans aren't meant to consume are bad for you.

Not the case at all, unless your body has somehow adapted to eating solely processed slop.

I play football semi-professionally, train 3x a week and play on weekends, and eating candy or processed food for a week straight is still detrimental to my health, and makes me have to take a week off or more due to sickness

Well ofcourse eating 0 protein, 0 vitamin dense food and only candy is going to make you feel like shit.

Yeah that seems like usa problem, there isn't as nearly much ultra processed slop like that in europe. I only use things like snickers when I am hiking and need to get some lightweight energy source.

Yes, my autoimmune bowel disease was triggered by eating heavily processed foods, and I knew it wasn't a coincidence; damn it, I shouldn't have eaten that shit. I'll pay the price for my mistake for the rest of my life.
