flax is xenoestrogenic as FUCK

chia seeds are shit, indigestible and one of the highest glyphosate residue foods

literally just eat fish and meat and avoid seed oils

most generic medical advice will say that you need more omega 3 and less omega 6.

the accumulation of unsaturated fats with aging makes any defense increasingly difficult, and the extreme instability of the highly unsaturated omega -3 fats creates additional problems.
Use sparingly, fish oil capsules mostly are already oxidised before reaching the shelf. At most get it from lean fishes like Cod

Omega 3 and 6 are important for human function. Bad ratios causes rise of low grade inflammation. That can cause immuum diseases and cell degradation. Also mental problems like depression. And acne. Google low grade inflammation for more info.
Our modern diet screws these ratios up. A ratio 1 in 4 of omega 3 and 6 or lower is good. In plant fat the ratios or often bad with a few exceptions like chia seeds. Animal products,especially grass fed got better ratios. The best ratios are found in fatty fish.

those who need to force themselves to eat something are the saddest copers.
Your body and taste buds probably get tricked by the industry because they proccess food and like to add alot of salt or sugar to make it tasty and trick your body. if you need to flavour or salt your veggies doesnt make it any healthier to you, same for other things.
But this doesnt always apply, I am afraid. Too many variables to consider
