Quick stack plus diet to get you shredded asap to slay ltb foids

140 test weekly
12 to 24 iu gh nightly
20 mcg clen titrated to 40 after a week
2 mg reta titrated to 4 over 2 weeks
70 var ed or 5 tren ed for gcr antagonisim
Inj yk11 10 mg titrated to 25 over 3 weeks preworkout
450 mg inj carnitine pre workout
Hctz 25 to 50 mg dependent on how bloated u getting (do cardio alot if bloated and responding bad to high hctz)
Nebivolol dose dependent on person for heart rate on clen
Diet
NON TRAINING DAYS
200 p
0 c
lowest fat till you get brain fog
TRAINING DAYS
200 p
400 c (200 pre, 200 post lift)
Lowest fat
dont do this for a long time this is meant for short cuts (3 months ABSOLUTE MAX)

ngl i just use t3, dnp, reta, tren. lose all the weight in like 2-3 weeks and keep or gain muscle

Very valid, also high iq, dnp is a fucking machine dude

no need to be cutting too long imo, just sucks. dnp is safe and as long as you're not a pig you'll stay pretty lean for the year with reta, then just run dnp again if you need to.

also inj yk11 is so good. only reason i dont like prolonged cuts is cuz i like stuffing myself with carbs on training days
