I have acne in my triceps, and occasionally hormonal acne on my face was thinking abt getting 20mg acctuane and just dosing for a couple months. Need to get rid of bulbous nose along with blackhead infestation on it. Is this retarded ot should I just do 1mg/1kg or just do tretnoin .1mg?

There are good patches to remove blackheads.
Imo everyone shoud do accutane at some point. Just do 150mg/kg at like 20-50mg doses

the bulbous thing is water retention, it goes away with furosemide. I mean im 2 months into accutane, so far all I had is that my inflammation is under more control and i only get a pimple if i jerk off - which goes away in a day or two.

Tbf its worth it, it heals so much skin shit, also u wont have to use shampoo as frequently. Accutane unironically saves u money in the long term jfl

derm would prob put u on 60 mg for some time, but if its not that bad then maybe accutane is not necessary

Fixing inflammation will help remove blackheads, so topical could work
