The problem i now have is that i don‘t know if injecting hgh will help me for reaching my potential( which i think is there bcs of my parents height) or if i should just wait and pray. - Consistently sleep 8-10 hours
- Eat enough protein and micronutrients like calcium, zinc, Vitamin D
- improve posture and sleep on back

Don't stress over it, but if you want to grow naturally, then it will be better to eat more myo-inostil, vitamin K2,D3,B12, also aim for minimum of 1000mg calcium from dairy or animals, consume alot of cholesterol and raw animals fat, if you want the other way then blast hgh like 18iu or more every night, also androgens will help like halo,test,other dht derivatives, also get fgfr3 inhibitors like infigratinib, erdafitinib (can close growth plates tho), meclizine 75-200mg

First of all your growth plates will probly still be open at 16, unless you had a precosious puberty, all you need to do is eat a primal diet, get sunlight and go to the gym a few times a week

Its cuz with gh u need to use the right dose. Underdosing can reduce final hight and overdosing just speeds up existing growth. Id say the optimal range is 8-12ius for the average teen if ur not deficient. But if ur plates r significantly open just let puberty do its thing and monitor ur deep sleep with some sort of smartwatch. When ur a little older use hgh @ 8-12ius. If u wanna grow rlly tall combine it with letrozol to prolong ur growth and fgfr3 inhibitors if u can afford it. Gl hightmaxing man

Hgh is cope. Your dad is tall so you have a really good chance of growing as well. Given the fact that your plates are still open I don’t know why the fuck you’re stressing hgh barely has any effects besides of the fucking downsides it comes with.
