So i turned 16 2 month ago, i am 174,5 cm ,,tall‘‘ , my dad is 184 cm and my mom 161cm. I checked my growth plates and they are open. The problem i now have is that i don‘t know if injecting hgh will help me for reaching my potential( which i think is there bcs of my parents height) or if i should just wait and pray. I heard people say that hgh won‘t make you taller and that it is cope. Are there any better options or should i just don‘t do anything idkkkk pls help

Genetics is law. it’s too late for you to have any meaningful difference on HGH and the side affects outweigh the benefits atp so the following is all you can do:
- Consistently sleep 8-10 hours
- Eat enough protein and micronutrients like calcium, zinc, Vitamin D
- improve posture and sleep on back
- don’t be chronically stressed
- pray

Don't stress over it, but if you want to grow naturally, then it will be better to eat more myo-inostil, vitamin K2,D3,B12, also aim for minimum of 1000mg calcium from dairy or animals, consume alot of cholesterol and raw animals fat, if you want the other way then blast hgh like 18iu or more every night, also androgens will help like halo,test,other dht derivatives, also get fgfr3 inhibitors like infigratinib, erdafitinib (can close growth plates tho), meclizine 75-200mg

First of all your growth plates will probly still be open at 16, unless you had a precosious puberty, all you need to do is eat a primal diet, get sunlight and go to the gym a few times a week
