Yeah, I wanted to know if it's just spinal water retention but I don't think that would make sense? Why would my spine randomly just start retaining more water? I've done nothing different at all

I measured every day for the last 4 weeks, day and night.

Morning height is 6'3

Daytime and nighttime is 6'2.5

Before my morning height was 6'2.5 and day/night was 6'2

Maybe I'm actually growing from my spine still

I've yet to see someone give a justification for the exclusitivity of people with conditions, this is almost like saying (conceptually) that erda only works on people with overactive fgfr3.

Not just the genetic mutations but also (esp for FSS) the polygenetic "bad" genes they just have that set proliferation rate and other factors to below normal/average resulting in decreased growth throughout all their life. Some of those factors can be counteracted by GH through its normal mechanism, some are unavailable to Gh and some ate unavailable for GH
I would argue that this variability is supported by the fact that not all ISS patients respond to GH treatment (even though I know the majority of those has some sort of GHR)

There's nothing about etiology selection that makes a compound not produce the same results for others. It'd just be dose dependent like the literature says

You do know something like a SHOX gene mutation would strip them off their "ISS" labelling right? Because genetic mutations come under an etiology for the cause of short stature.

The literature is just purely speculative about it and doesn't actually make a direct conclusion from it. It's just piecing things together and trying to explain a SPECIFIC "subset" of people with ISS.

I still have yet to see why effects from GH in iss or even GHD kids isn't viable for positive end results onto normal people, it's just a presupposition that GH has this curved slope where it works here but then once you use it with these people it suddenly stops working due to whatever made up mechanism people use. Simply, up the dosage higher than what ISS kids use.

Yep strongly recommend proviron for the dimo. Still overdosed on arimidex tho, u need less than u think. I'm taking 400mg a week 1mg arimidex a day. Feel free to go for a lower dose, I think it's useless if it's not supraphysiological ngl but u do u

I didn't but I'm risking it, if you can you should. Also prov would make the problem worse lol it increases available blood test. If anything it's not even an ancillary, you wanna be taking an ai plus telmisartan

yea i was looking into prov for running a cycle without bloods too and came across the same issue

am high inhib unlike you tho telmisartan is one of my ancillaries i plan on taking like 80mg a day, and ik i need to settle on an AI eventually but it's hard to choose tbh

Youre (or he) was probably talking about that study which showed that previously labelled ISS cases have to be moved to known causes and ISS was getting used more and more as a label for anything not investigated enough to find a cause instead of full means of investigation used

Wont increase total proliferations if you dont have high e2 or anything, and even if it increases the total population doublings, gains from that will be fairly insignificant when started in puberty where most of your life you only got a part of what couldve been and a significant amount of relevant cells have already been used off
