Opening it almost daily (skipped monday) for 2-3 minutes and shaking it.

I store it outside and I burp and shake daily,

But 1 month minimum? Numerous people that I've seen have eaten it way sooner. I'm gonna try some and see how I feel.

you can if you want to but the probiotics wont be that prevelant, waiting 1 month will reap more benefits. Aajonus recommends atleast 1 month to really get that euphoria.
