High porosity straight-wavy(2a) hair ruining my life

Yo what can i fkn do with my shitty hair? the problems are: it just loses all moisture 15 minutes after washing, do not obey to me and it is impossible to style it to make it look good, look more like a cheap wig than real hair. And because of that i do short hair(which doesn't suit me) cuz if i let my hair to grow out i'll be looking like vector from despicable me. Even tho i tried diff shampoos and conditioners i couldn't fix this problem. Maybe someone here faced the same problem and can help me i'll be very grateful, happy new year btw!!

My hair type is also shitty 2a type and I want to be more wavy, last days I tried new method, after washing them I fill a bowl with cold water, put few drops of rosemary oil in it, then put my head in it and gently squeeze hair for like 5-10 minutes, then squeeze it with towel, and then leave it dry for itself, so I got my hair wavy for maybe 24 hours, but I tried this only for few days
