tldr - So apparently, blasting above average doses of IGF-1 can give us diabetes if we eat processed carbs and junk, so is the protein main ingredient that can satisfy our hunger needs, it's higher in calorie than sugar and fat, and it doesn't take much to keep you fed for the meal. Protein intake also increases IGF-1 levels in humans, independent of total calorie consumption.
Instead of focusing on sensitizing insulin, should we change our diet ? And is there more than IGF-1 that is causing diabetes ???
(Assuming you're not gymeceling but dosage requirement is still the same !?)
Edit: Okay, we shouldn't fear blood sugar anymore as long as we follow low glycemic diet
BUT THAT STILL DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION
