This wont happen if you keep your diet balanced, just eat enough healthy fats (like eggs, meat, nuts), don’t cut carbs too low, and make sure you’re getting enough vitamins like zinc and vitamin D. High protein is fine as long as you’re not starving your body of other important nutrients.
