High protein gives me more libido compared to high carb and high fat.

I was surprised, because people tell the opposite. They say they need their fruit, or per science of Aajonus we need high fat.
In reality and observation, when you binge on worthlessly fatless cheap fish, cooking 1 kilogram of it from craving for 'carbs' or whatever at night before sleep. Then, I wake the next day with excellent libido and joy in life.
It could be because of protein based blood sugar, insulin and IGF1, somehow triggering sperm production, I would assume.
Now I realize protein is more important.
Previously, I ate around 85 grams of protein per day, at 6 feet while obese. Now I think I should eat 200.
