I decided to slap my dick and balls to some high T rap music because I have talked with numerous friends who said it helped with their approach anxiety.
It felt kinda gay at first but I got into it way more as I kept going. It was painful as fuckkk when I started. I just gave it little taps and my balls still fucking ached.
After a few minutes I closed my fist and was hitting it harder and harder but it was actually becoming less painful.
In the last 2 minutes before my mom came back home I was full on punching it with almost full force.
I felt so fucking low inhib and NT afterwards. I don't know if it's placebo but I need to try this shit before going out. I feel like a fucking slayer rn and I only did it for 10 minutes. Imagine if I did it for an hour.
