i looked at ur previous posts, i am 17 too, i am hopping on at 18 on test base but since 14 i just ate mostly meats, stayed relatively lean and yea basically fully softmaxxed

There's a limit to softmaxxing while in puberty too, you are simply boosting what your genes have given you, and we don't really know the exact outcomes of whatever you do.

But do your best either way, because it's useless to hardmaxx if you are broke and subhuman after your puberty ends (like me ...).
