I’m looking for shit that doesn’t Bloat me and doesn’t fuck my skin. I know some guys eat carnivore but what do you guys eat at lunch in school

We used to have some Indian curry naan slop, chicken tortillas, salmon soba noodles, pork loin, steak pie etc on rotation we didn’t get to choose

I went to an Americanized school in Central America and the food was good even though my normie friends would complain about it 24/7

I used to have chicken, rice, and vegetables practically every day. It was all tasty and freshly made
