Historical examples of how envoirment affects our looks and height.

All of us know that genetics are important for your height, how you look like etc.
But envoirment is heavily overlooked, these are historical examples on how much your height and your face is determined by envoirment.

1# HEIGHT

Now for height we will take 2 populations where one of them is a descendant of the other.( NOT 1:1 Descendants)
#Example 1
European Upper Paleolithic
and
Early Neolithic LBK farmers
These populations are a clear example of how important envoirment is.
The European Upper Paleolithic people were hunter gatherers they had a Protein rich balanced diet and ran alot whilst hunting.(They lived a healthy lifestyle)
The Early Neolithic farmers ate mostly carbs and keeped eating the same foods( wheats, crops etc)

(GPT made table but you get the point)
European Upper Paleolithic
and
Early Neolithic LBK farmers
European Upper Paleolithic / Mesolithic
~170–178 cm (males)
Early Neolithic LBK farmers
~162–166 cm (males)
Now this is a huge diffrence.

#Example 2
Maya families from Guatemala migrated to the United States in record numbers from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. Those children we later measured and compared to Maya's from Guatemala 🇬🇹 Maya American children are currently 11.54 cm taller and 6.83 cm longer-legged, on average, than Maya children living in Guatemala.
#FACE
Now the question is how much is your face determined by envoirment. Alot

#EXAMPLE 1
So for example 1 we will go back to farmers and the hunter gatherers.

First of all some information on how face can change thru envoirment. Face can change thru posture, habits, nutrition, deep sleep etc.
In this populations/ in this example the biggest change were the pallets and how they were wayyy less wide in the population of the farmers.

The top picture is the one of the hunter gatherers they on average had wider pallets and more broad faces. Compared to farmers(bottom)
Good habits chewing hard foods = wide healthy food. (In most cases)
Some studies;
The archeological record substantiates Larson's claim. After agriculture, humans became shorter and suffered from more debilitating diseases, from leprosy to arthritis to tooth decay, than their hunter-gatherer counterparts (Cohen & Crane-Kramer 2007;Lambert 2009).

#HEALTH
This should be logical but how healthy you are is SIGNIFICANTLY determined by your envoirment and how you grew up.

Notice how they are correlated
Post was more of an example then guide but.
I made thread posted it on .gg and I am reuploading on here i have proof that I made it myself
