I burn 400 calories in 30 min while doing so at 15 incline and 3.5 speed

woud holding onto the rails make me burn less calories?

anyone know?

idk theoretically you wouldn't be moving your arms, and so less movement in general would lead to less calories burnt

realistically though it's negligible, just do whatever you want. although I'd recommend not holding on to the handrails bc you look like a weak bitch if you do

ahh good to know, holding the handrail makes the pain in my shin less severe so i prefer doing it that away

if you have problems just hop on bike, less stress on joints so you can push harder to failure

Running on treadmill is a meme have fun with your blown out knees

Everytime I'm at the gym and I see an obesecell or an oldcell holding the rails on such an inclined treadmill like they were climbing the mount everest I kek so hard inside. That's the faggiest thing you could do at the gym.

What's better: treadmill running or going outside & running?
I'm always tempted to hold onto the handrails on the treadmill.
