hollow body is gymnastics concept where you rotate your hips foward to achieve (ppt) ,it works your core and helps at posture and general exercises

simple lay on your back, move your hips to ppt, the goal is to oress your lower back firmly against the floor,your shoulder and legs will raise a bit naturally, holding it fir 5x60s will improve your posture alot
