Hollow cheeks are very rare

I am most likely the only male in my entire school with visible cheekbones. I have seen pretty much every other guy in my grade and they all have lack of bone mass, even the ones who are lower body fat than me.

In real life I never see hollow cheeks.

If you have hollow cheeks while not looking like a crack addict you will stand out for sure
