How can you actually achieve those?
Is it just getting lean or is it just bonestructure?
How do i achieve this look

Very lean + Debloat

To get lean: calorie deficit

To debloat: 4000mg potassium, <1500 mg sodium, sauna/exercise to sweat out the water retention (optionally caffeine and other things can help)
Mostly getting lean but prominent bones play a role aswell. And don't event think of asking how to grow them/get more bone mass
 
if u have the bone structure for the orgee curve an dlow enough bf
 
seems like youre a tiktokcel. focus on bones other then hollow cheeks and shit

Being lean and having good bonestructure both play a role, but you could always use a fat dissolver or ultrasound cavitation but that runs risks
 
lower bf to around 10-13% and pray you aren’t boneless
