I never had it before
I think it’s also because of trt
My bodyfat is 15-16
When I make o slightly I see hollowness seperation
And sometimes In good lighting I have hollow cheeks

waiting to get to 12% and loosing water weight

long story short get below 15% bodyfat please don’t forget to workout hard because you gonna look skinny and that’s not attractive
You never know your potential till you are 10-13%

My case is my face aesthetics increase a lot every percentage I go below 15
And if I eat no sugar and drink lots of water etc

Hollow cheeks are overated. I have very hollow cheeks cause of mid/high mogger zygos, narrow palate, skinny, and not so robust jaw, and am still ugly. Jaw is law and is 70% of physical attraction, then 20% eyes, then 10% all elze

Maybe if the jaw is too robust in relation to the cheekbones and zygos like in Brad pitts case.

But if it’s balanced I don’t think it is harder.
Cavill has an extremely robust jaw but also slight hollow cheeks because his cheekbones are good as well

Hollow cheeks are mostly determined by your forward growth and low bodyfat.
