I am 16 years old, 5'10" tall, weigh 145lbs, not recessed and have 8% body fat. I follow a consistent workout routine of 6 times a week, drink 1.5 gallons of water daily, consume less than 3g of sodium, and visit the sauna for 15 minutes a day. Despite these efforts, I haven't been able to achieve hollow cheeks, despite some of my family members with a higher body fat percentage of 25%-30% have them. I wonder if my young age could be a factor as my face may not have fully developed yet. In any case, could you suggest any additional tips or advice to help me debloat and achieve my desired look?
