Hollow dark eye area

How do I go about improving a subhuman eye area? One like mine that is not only hollow, but also dark everywhere. Dark undereyes and dark eyelids. I have recently gotten one syringe of filler under them and that helped with the hollowness but not much with the darkness. I can also use concealer to help.

Next steps: Double jaw surgery & fat transfer. Double jaw surgery for my recessed upper and lower jaw, but my surgeon said that it could also benefit my eye area and nose slightly. Than a fat transfer after to eliminate the darkness? Thoughts?
