Did they only take these partial scans of your jaws? Usually you would want the whole skull scanned to plan a bimax.

Were these scans done spesifically for bimax or were these done for your braces? Im 98% sure that due to the complexity that goes into planning a bimax a full scan would be needed. The surgeon usually uses fixed points in your upper face to plan out the exact movements, rotations, ect. Don't get too scared now, its just something I thought to point out. They might just make you take a 2nd scan later.

I mean you’ll still need to get teeth decompensated so that they can move the jaws forward.
Braces before doesn’t mean anything

Yeah it's fine tbh, you are saved by having it be above the chin. Which allows you to actually have some seperation between jaw and neck. Truly terrible hyoids are like this

Where it is located noticeably below the chin, meaning no matter what the neck has a sloped appearance

Also this is like bottom 0.0001% bad, but here's an example of truly life-ruining hyoid position

So yeah yours is fine, just having it be level with or above the bottom for the chin is the most important thing
