She looks INFINITELY better.

Her long philtrum can be fixed now with a lip-lift. She LITERALLY needs this procedure: look how thin her upper lip is. Afterwards, her philtrum will look shorter too.

Again, she ALSO needs chin shaving and submental fat removal: she is too chubby. Idk why people go for surgery before losing weight.

There is something with her face that is not appealing to me even after the Bimax.

Even AFTER LeForte and Jaw advancement, she still has "bad" forward growth.

I bet her jaw forward-growth is still close to average, or even below. If you notice, her jaw is actually still back. It is her CHIN that protrudes.

BUT women with big chins are ugly. She needs to shave down this shit. And then her mediocre forward growth after Bimax will be More noticeable.

And still she looks better. Beauty is not a zero-sum game. It is a scale. She definitely improved.

Not really because she is recessed but the philtrum is curved so that’s a plus. Problem is probably the downward rotated mouth and philtrum

She seemd to always had a long philtrum its just that the anterior nasal spine was over projected.

I believe so, her nose changed ALOT, specially because she went from a big downturned nose to a small upturned nose and upturned nose naturally exposes more the philtrum area. Maybe the major culprit is still the advancement of the maxilla but the rhinoplasty might have contributed alot to the lengthened appearence of her philtrum
