Holy fuark im dying

Im shaking in my bed rn. I thought i could escape the fear in this life by sitting in the corner of my bed today but its so lonely and cold. It gets to the point that i feel like im dizzy even when im not moving at all and laying in my bed.

Holy fuark. Im going to cry. I just want warmth but this is too much even in this life.
