I live in Antwerpen in Belgium the average of Belgium is ~181cm with most tall people right here in Antwerpen and I ain’t geomaxing to Africa or to chinkland.

It's because the more cartillage in the growth plate turns into bone, which we call ossification, the less the tissue responds to downstream growth factors of GH

Imagine it like you're trying to fill a glass of water, after a point the rest just spills over and doesn't fill it = useless

Internal LL with precice or fitbone in first world country (ie Eu, Us, Kora and Japan, Australia, Canada)
Best bang for buck is dr giotikad, some docs in Germany and Australia/Canada. In south africa there is also a decent doc.
Best way to do is to do some research and then go to a local LL surgeon, If he is less then 2-3 hours away from you and live at home. Dont forget to get s local pt and you are set.
