Iv been bonesmashing daily and its def working not just inflammation but the bone itself is actually growing. im 15 and also on mk677. I might have to stop early because of how well its working my diet is a optimal primal which is also a factor but damn this is real.

Nah bone doesn't remodel for shit, if anything is happening it's probably just fucking up your bones, it's just the swelling mate it'll go away within like a day lol
