It’s only been four whole years. But lately, with incisor chewing as well I have literally altered my face to the extent that I am questioning surgery ded srs. I may not need as much movement surgery wise as before, and that’s if I don’t get any more mewing gains.
Of course it could be age changes as well, but still, Mew’s cock should be sucked by every incel tbh for how much he has helped

Side profile changes the most. My mandible improved, less of a chincel, nose more gracile, browridge developed, and just a general look of more forward growth.

It’s so hard for me to find comparison photos because I had a phase where for about a year and a half I’d take like 50-70 photos of myself a day, get depressed and delete them all. Was brutal times man.
I basiclaly Stalin maxxed and got rid of any photos in existence that made me look bad

I still wear my retainer, went retainer less for a year and my teeth didn’t stay straight. Arch would’ve expanded but I need the straight teeth. So according to my retainer, my IMW is giga truecel tier (30mm). My palate is narrow but it’s partly genetic I beleive.

Incisor chewing changed my face ded srs. I've also been keeping my teeth together, and with the helping hand (or maybe the biggest factor) of puberty, I've ascended hard for what I have done. So much so that I don't grovel in my self-pity on this site every day. I see the light at the end of the tunnel for once, and it could be a lot closer than I once thought.

i am doing big bollus chewing with falim gum which is dr.mew explain in his channel do you think its okay, or just chew everything with incisors.

Yeah bro i started when i was 21 and i am 22 now and definetly it makes my face more wide, i have xray of my jaw when i 18 and i go ortho last week they take a new xray and when i compare them i definetly see my molars and wisdom teeths are tipping out. And some idiots here say mewing cope yeah its cope after 25 even after 20 it's to hard but if you are consistent you can make change. But key factor is you need to make mewing with chin tuck as far as you can, i do chin tuck even in metro( because of the mask people cant see my double chin jfl). If you mew without chin tuck probably you cant engage your back third.

could you redpill me on this, i've seen great results from mewing already, but i haven't done chewing or any activity like that.

I've got TMJ from chewing only one time with my incisors for two hours... Maybe I'm just subhumans but maybe there is other reason for that too idc
