Is this split any good for body recomp using just dumbells at home so i can stop being skinny fat?

a and b in alternating days with sunday being a rest day

how are you doing a pullover using dumbbells :NotLikeMiya:

First of all get a gym membership asap, also you dont need two different workouts, like fullbody A and fullbody B, muscles are fiber specific, if you do an excercise for chets on A and another on B in a week, then certain fibers will still only be trained once a week
 
also 3x12-20 is shit, do low volume high intensity high frequency (1 set, 4-7 reps, fullbody or upper boy 3x week)
