how are you doing a pullover using dumbbells![]()
First of all get a gym membership asap, also you dont need two different workouts, like fullbody A and fullbody B, muscles are fiber specific, if you do an excercise for chets on A and another on B in a week, then certain fibers will still only be trained once a weekIs this split any good for body recomp using just dumbells at home so i can stop being skinny fat?
