Tried making some with cabbage, capsicum and carrots.
Looks pretty good. Now I just have to wait for a month or two for it to ferment. :lul:
Btw I used this video as a reference.

what? you don't have to ferment it for months. My dad's been fermenting cabbage for years, he never goes longer than 3 weeks. In summer he usually doesn't go beyond 1.5 weeks. I usually just drink the richly cultured entrails.

The longer you ferment it the better it tastes. Also to maximize the benefits.

Because this way I have full control of the ingredients and the flavour.
Also I don't trust the store purchased sauerkraut much.
