Treating women like children made me less misogynistic for a while, but then it gave me an superior complex that was equally stupid and incel. And treating them as if they were men did the same thing. It doesn't work.

Women are different from us, I feel like trying to pretend we are the same is where a lot of the hate comes from. Women are unique and our other half that God created to complete the human species. They are crucial and beautiful creatures that magnify us and without them we would not exist. So it makes no sense to hate them for what makes them different from us because that's what draws us to them.

Otherwise, do you love your mother/sister/cousins? I always did and its easier to understand them from that angle than from the romantic angle where self interest and scorn and sexual frustration muddies the water
