Hey, I want you guys to help with rating so I can improve my looks, I’m 181 cm practice freestyle wrestling 3 times a week and do calisthenics on the side thanks for answers 1st one is recent and 2nd was months ago

Honestly the only thing you could do is lower bf% but that might make you more likely to get injured while wrestling, anything else you would have to hardmaxx
