From what I know, honey isn't that nutritious and org isn't a good place to get nutrition advice, just watch youtube videos about it or talk to deepseek/chatgpt about it (I recommend deepseek cuz it's better for the environment) and you can Google and read articles about nutrition and Health in general, I remember my phase with healthline, anyways, have a nice day or life or whatever.
