I love seeing the "healtmaxxers" with "primal diets" talk about raw honey. Its funny because all honey u get even the cheapest honey in a supermarket is raw. Yes ik it can be diluted but in most casess its still raw becasue honey only needs filtering throught a strainer to remove debries and dead bees. So if you ever want to purches "raw honey" js know its bs and its not worth the extra money
My credits for this info is the fact that my family keeps bees for generations now
Atached picture is of the most "raw" honey u can get.

Me personally with the “primal diet” although i havent followed the “exact” diet, i grew up drinking raw milk and raw honey and, sometimes did even eat a little bit of liver and other things, obviously not now this was many years ago, and still feel like i have average health compared to othr people who eat fast food shit slop. Tbh i dont think raw honey or raw milk is gonna do anything for people but these are just my experiences idk.

they're talking about unheated unpasteurized honey, and no the cheapest honey most likely isn't raw

I think they would have their slight benefits but just like any other food would have their personal benefits. I think there would be some components that differ but the difference between more "processed" or "filtered" products compared to "raw" products would probably be very similar.

If u want truly raw unprocessed honey then consume it straight from the centryfuge and eat it with the bees amd beeswax still in it

Btw even if buy "raw" honey from your local beekeeper it probly was heated because honey naturaly turns quickly into big crystals and beekeeprs have to melt it in order to bottle it

Yeah I have a neighbor who keeps bees, he gives it straight from the source its a lot thicker and its chunky with texture. SUPER tasty but at the end of the day I don’t feel a different lol

i didn't even know that there was "raw honey" because we do beekeeping as a family, but there is a process of pasteurisation in grocery stores by heating it up
