thoughts on running low dose test to counteract this in your 30's ?what sets lifting apart isn't the muscle directly, it's the physiological response to having the muscle, it completely shifts how fat distributes around your body, people who are weak tend to store their fat poorly, it goes to their neck and jaw for example, I was skinnyfat before I started lifting, now it just accumulates evenly everywhere with the main patches being on my lower back and inner thighs and ass.
