And then I heard about MSDO. Mandibular Skeletal Distraction Osteogenesis. Kinda like MSE but for the lower face. Basically, you surgically split your mandible and slowly widen it.

Think about it:

• Wider jaw
• Stronger bite = primal intimidation
• Better occlusion = healthier TMJ, less pain
• Full lower third = foids actually notice you like a man (sex appeal)

I haven’t done it yet, but I’ve read every study, watched every video.

• Distraction is slow—0.5mm a day usually, takes 6-8 weeks
• You’ll swell like you got hit by a truck, cheeks puffed out like dumplings
• Pain? Mild to moderate, but nothing a little percs n xans, n might as well throw in sum codeine can’t fix.
• Social life? Probably go full recluse during consolidation, but worth it
