Hormonal acne

I have had pretty bad hormonal acne for a while now and I am consistent with skincare and use Japanese products but still fail to see noticeable results I am not often stressed so I don't believe cortisol is the cause I also doubt that I will be prescribed accutane due to the acne not being too severe I was wondering if there was any advice in terms of softmaxxing such as derma stamp that actually works

Talk to a dermatologist. If they don’t prescribe u accutane then get it 3rd party just watch the source and dosage. Also, dont just stack a bunch of products just cuz someone said it’s good. Your skin is likely to react to all these products making you think your acne is worse than it really is. Pull back the amount of products you use and slowly introduce everything you’ve been using. If you find that your skin brokeout or got red (and stayed that way) after using a product just drop it.
