Aim for this most basic supplement routine:

Take it before you go to sleep
600mg magnesium, 15mg zink, 600ie vitamin e600

correct me if im wrong

Get sunlight and eat liver, ditch this supplements in trashcan

tbh one shouldnt rely on supplements if they have a good diet and lifestyle

Well ofc if you feeding yourself with trash and ofc thats not gonna work for you unless you overdose
 
It can help you sleep better, relax your muscles, support your immune system, and protect your cells from damage
overall better for test production and health
