What you need to understand is that sleep is one of the most important things to improve your health , hormones and overall looks.

I will keep this short and simple:

You need to maximize cortisol in the morning and it needs to drop all the way till the end of the day ( at night).

High glucocorticoids is whats disrupting your cortisol which leads to POOR REMODELING... And to fix this what you need to do is the - Glucocorticoid Alignment Protocol
= immediately get sunlight in the morning
(You need your body to know it is day time)
=get exercise in the morning
(You need to Signal the remodeling)
=don't suppress the normal morning cortisol response with STIMULANTS ( coffee etc..)

Now at night you must do the opposite:
= Minimize blue light exposure, why??? You may ask, we'll it's bcs your brain is hardwired to believe that blue light means day time, because the sky is blue right? So replace all blue light exposure with warm lights or get blue light blocking glasses for nightime

= Eat fermented foods (kimchi, kefur etc...)
Fermented foods contain GABA which is a neurotransmitter that litterally helps you sleep deeper and remodel your bones faster.

To sum it all up:

1. support a healthy cortisol rhythm

2. strong morning signals
➡️ lower evening signals

3. prioritize your sleep

Definitely not cope, Blue light glasses use lens coatings, pigments, or material tints that absorb or reflect a portion of high-energy visible (HEV) blue light wavelengths (typically between 380 and 500 nanometers) before they reach your eyes

Maybe you should try it for yourself and see if you sleep better, if you don't wanna waste money on the glasses you could just get off the screens a couple hours before bed

I love the post brother :HYPERSL:

do you know by chance if this mode on the phone that filters out a lot of the blue light is „enough" or is it worth investing in those blue light filter glasses? because I'm genuinely on my phone till late at night and first put it down when I'm going to sleep because I'm addicted lol

Same here. I use a filter on my Phone at night bcs I like being on my phone before bed, so the thing is , the filter on the phone is a yellow hue, which means it's not dark orange, so this means it won't block out alot of the blue light, maybe like 20 % but it definitely won't block out as much as the glasses
