I'm 17 and I'm experiencing very severe acne even though i hoped on accutane for 4 months and was advised to stop cuz my liver enzymes were elevated. Rn i think my hormones are very imbalanced getting bad acne, and descending very bad cuz of hs, hs will be over in 2 months tho not a problem but am getting very few sleep too, like 5-6 hours still feel so bloated and stressed. How can i fix my hormones?? Ik by sleeping and fixing my diet but anything else??
