Main problem for me rn is my skin (this is with tinted spf too jfl)

Now I started 0.05% Tazoretene eod and azeleic acid ed like 10 days ago, has gotten considerably worse but in this time so have my hormones (estrogen is all over the place bc i just got off cycle), at this point I’m honestly considering just getting back on accutane for the billionth time, prolly 20-40mg, wonder if i could run both too, like 10mg accutane ed tazoretene 3x week.
Dutasteride and ghkcu could help here as well

Anything else yall recommend? Skin and health indicators should improve a lot on there own just dropping down to 140 test prop, will add in melanotan (debating 1 or 2) and retatrutide which should help a good bit with overall appeal as well

Do mt1 and get on accutane but go to a higher dose, that’s probably why it failed

Higher accutane dose,ghk cu will help the skin but not the acne itself,the melatonan depends on what you want and idk if you could run both tazoretene and accutane

Thing is my skin was clear like a month ago and thats why I ordered the taz, bc taz and tret is what will give me actual glowing skin (accutane mogs for actual acne tho), but now im dealing with actual acne and its fucked lmao

The frustration when acne doesn't go away and you try everything is real I feel you man

For the sides on the cheeks get some Hero Patches, put them on whenever you're at home or sleep and it'll suck all the gunk or buildup out and gently wash your face with warm water

depends what you're eating lately too, the more you do to your skin it can be kind of counteractive
