Grown women have breasts irrespective of if they have a child, and they are attractive as a secondary sexual characteristic as it indicates the GROWN WOMAN can have your children. Ie the fertility is attractive rather than the child itself
A pacifier is used exclusively by children, and there is no other logical reason to like it other than due to it being infantile.
