I would like to share an interesting experience I encountered at the museum/memorial of the Nagasaki Bombing in Japan around late March.
To quickly summarize what I experienced, I entered the museum when a video that explained the life of a survivor of the unfortunate bombing that occurred in Nagasaki caught my eye. The survivor mentioned eating slices of raw beef liver during the time he spent at the hospital.
This experience was eye opening in many ways: good and bad, but it helped me spark curiosity towards this diet.
