I kinda wanna try the diet and see if it'll benefit or change anything for me, my looks, my mood, etc. I need some advice tho. what should I try first? I'm gonna try to get it from a local butcher but still I don't want it to taste like shit, then I'll just be forcing myself to eat it. what was your guys first experiences with trying it? did you notice any changes? what benefits does it supposedly give you?

:confused:my diets been shit lately and I wanna try to eat more protein, (I feel like a fucking vegan:lul:) I've always kinda been curious about this too. plus I'm tryna lean out a bit more, and hopefully this will help since ill be eating less processed shit.
