please tell me how a surgery works and how my preface didn't acknowledge that. walk me through your thought process and tell me why plastic surgery is the first thing you should do if you feel bad about your looks.

I've been apart of looksmax forums and just because I say something against the grain doesn't mean I shouldn't say it. From being on this site I've developed quite a keen sense of facial aesthetics and sometimes I can tell when someone got bimax just by looking at the relationship between their occlusal plane and undereye region.

Another example is brett maverick obviously having jaw fillers
