it's not accurate, though hot people don't really get super low ratings, I have seen some hard core incels get more than lachowski in certain photos

There's other ones out there and they're all more or less as inconsistent and random. Hell, you'd probably have more accuracy with a random number generator. AI is pretty far off from being able to rate people accurately.

Photofeeler is the closest thing there is to a site that gives accurate ratings, mainly because they're the only website where people rate you anonymously and your rating isn't artificially inflated like with many other sites.
